Packaging and Shipping Instructions:

Step 1- Securely Pack Media

When shipping any type of media, it is extremely important that your media is packaged carefully to avoid any additional damage during shipment. Handle your hard drive extremely carefully! Proper packaging will help ensure a greater degree of recovery of your data.

Required materials:

1. Anti-static bag or alumninum foil
2. Foam or bubble wrap
3. Shipping box (16" x 16" x 8" approx.)
4. Sturdy tape

Step 2 - Fill out Intake Form and Include with Media
